Chief Equity Officer for NYC Comptroller Brad Lander
Sadye L. Campoamor is an El Salvadoran-born and NYC-bred proud public servant, community organizer, facilitator, policy expert, and public school parent. As Chief Equity Officer for the NYC Comptroller Brad Lander, Sadye works closely with teams across the Agency to bring an equity lens to its oversight of every bureau. She is charged with partnering with external stakeholders and aligning the office's core functions & responsibilities with its equity agenda.
Melissa Carty
Former VP of The Village Independent Democrats
Melissa Carty is a political activist and former Vice President of The Village Independent Democrats, now serving as the Head of their Out of District Committee. She is a key member of several NYC political organizations and an active volunteer for the ACLU and NYCLU. Melissa has been instrumental in protecting immigrant rights and reproductive freedom and works to help Democrats win across the country.
Jen Hoppe
Democratic District Leader for Assembly District 66 Part A
Jennifer Hoppe is a professional writer and strategic communicator who is also a Democratic District Leader for Assembly District 66 Part A. She's an executive committee member of Village Independent Democrats, part of the Vote Blue bus coalition steering committee, and a founding member of Amplify Her, which works to elect women in all five boroughs.
